These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GRIT VISA website and services, operated by GRIT Technologies FZE LLC. By accessing our website, creating a GRIT account, or submitting a visa application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

GRIT VISA provides visa consultancy and application assistance for UAE residents seeking outbound tourist, business, and family visit visas. We help you prepare, review, and submit applications and manage supporting documents. We are not an embassy, consulate, or immigration authority and we do not issue visas.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By applying, you confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and valid, and that they belong to you or to the travellers you are applying on behalf of.

To apply online you must create a GRIT account using a valid email address. We verify your email with a one-time code and keep you signed in with a secure session. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You are responsible for providing complete and truthful information and clear, valid documents. GRIT VISA reviews your submission for completeness and compliance, but the final decision on any application rests with the relevant authority. Uploading documents to your GRIT Vault is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our service fees and any government or embassy fees are shown before you confirm payment. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Fees for services already rendered, and third-party fees paid to embassies or application centres, are generally non-refundable once submitted.

Visa approval is decided solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. GRIT VISA provides visa assistance, document preparation support, and application guidance only. We cannot and do not guarantee that any application will be approved, and we are not liable for a refusal or delay caused by an authority.

Where no application has yet been submitted, you may request cancellation of our service. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your application and on third-party fees already incurred. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Provide accurate personal details and genuine, valid documents.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional documents or information.
• Ensure that passports meet the validity requirements of your destination.
• Do not submit fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents without authorisation.

Documents you upload are stored securely in your GRIT Vault and used only to support your application. Full details of how we collect, store, share, and delete your documents and personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to GRIT VISA and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Travel agencies and freelancers may apply to our B2B partner programme. Partners must submit applications only for customers who have authorised them to do so, and must handle all customer documents and personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRIT VISA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed travel, accommodation, or business opportunities, arising from visa refusal, processing delays, or third-party decisions. Our total liability for any service is limited to the service fee you paid for that application.

Some parts of our service rely on third parties such as payment providers, embassies, consulates, and visa application centres. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
